  Saturday, I was in the store to get my son fitted for a tux for my sisters wedding. The Groom/groomsmen were late in getting to the store, not that there was anyone else in the store or people waiting, but this must have ruined the "managers" day as she was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. In what should be a happy time, she was so rude, had an attitude, and seemed completely inconvenienced by the hundreds of dollars worth of business the store was about to receive. If you are the manager of this store, please understand that NOT EVERYONE understands how the "process" works and that your unprofessional-ism does NOT help make anyone or the "process" better! I also felt the attire she had on was not appropriate for working with the public and would not be the expected dress for someone working in a tux shop.
