  Took back a broken remote on a 12 year old car alarm system that they sold me. They didn't try to sell me another updated alarm system or tell me that I was out of luck. Instead they spent 35 minutes trying to find a suitable substitute and getting my car on a position where I could drive it without the alarm going off. No evaluation fees or any modern day mechanic/technician b.s. Thanks Century 2000

  had an appointment for 9 a.m. which is when they open. they weren't even there when I got there. they don't keep their appointments. Not even the owners can get to work on time.
