  Poorly run minute clinic. The NP that worked Nov 4 did not wash her hands in between seeing sick patients. She would escort one person out and immediately call next person in with no break in between for hand washing. Also she did not measure any vital signs on me and refused to listen to my symptoms-sore throat and moist productive cough with yellow/green sputum, swollen glands. This had been dragging on for weeks. It started with a viral respiratory infection that turned into a secondary bacterial infection that I just couldn’t shake. I needed antibiotics, that’s all, and this person failed to listen, observe, diagnose me properly, or prescribe me any helpful medication. I spent about 60 seconds with her total before she escorted me out saying there was nothing she could do to help me. I ended up at an urgent care just after that where I was finally treated like a human being and actually helped. One other unrelated complaint about this place is this young guy who works there, I see him stocking the shelves and doing stuff around the store. He is extremely obnoxious, think Eddie Haskel meets Ned Flanders. He approaches every customer to ask if he can help, but then he won’t f’ing go away after that, he just keeps following them around and annoying them to no end even after they no longer need any help. Almost like he has some kind of aggressive manic disorder. I hate that guy and just try to ignore/avoid him if I can. Something is wrong with him.
