  I just called to schedule a grooming appointment for my dog. I asked the staff member if I could schedule an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed because I have in the past. She said I didn't need to make an appointment, just walk in & bring his rabies shot paperwork. I asked a simple question "He has been there in the past do I still need to bring it or do you keep them on file". She rudely replies "I am in the middle of giving a dog a bath, I can't just leave him in the tub." Never once did I asked her to do so, I figured it would have been a general knowledge question. There was no need for the rudeness. A simple "I can check on that for you, but I am currently bathing another dog at this time, can I get your telephone number to call you back?" Customer service people! Rude! Rude! Rude!
