  I ordered my children's clothes and put them in layaway in July of 2015, when I went to pay to get them out, my order was incomplete AND STILL NOT IN. I was told I would get a 25% discount and they would call me when the rest of my order was in. They never called. I called and left a message, no call back. It is January Of 2016...STILL no call. #unprofessional

  I came in this store with a voucher on August 15 and got everything I needed except for black pants. She said she could order them and they would be here in two weeks. I get a text on Sunday the 27th that my pants are ready for pickup. I go to pick them up on Friday the 1st; however, the sale rep couldn't find my order anywhere. She call the owner who instructs her where to look, still cant find them so I decide to come back when the owner is there. I came back the next day the on Saturday and she pretends to be looking for them and then comes out with a excuse saying the pants NEVER came in , huh. And it was gonna take another two weeks to re-order them. So now I'm waiting a MONTH for pants. I told her that was , totally unacceptable. However I wait anyway, then she calls me on September 12th to tell me that now she cant get black pants in until the END OF THE MONTH. Oh hecks nall, I told her that I wanted a refund and nothing to do with her business because she doesn't have what I need. She proceeds to say that she has it but I just dont want to wait for it. EXCUSE ME B@#$!, I have been waiting for almost a month now. I couldn't believe she had the audacity to act like it wasn't her fault that she cant deliver on her promises. I then told her that unpreparedness on HER PART does not constitute as extra patients on MY PART. She acted as if she is entitled to my business. Moral of the story is DO NOT SHOP HERE. She lied about my pants never coming in the first time, SHE SOLD THEM PERIOD. If not why send me a text message saying they were there, why have your sales rep looking for clothes that you knew never came in. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IT WILL BE A HUGE SPECTACLE OF A MESS! This place would get zero stars from me if I could!
