- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 18, 2019, by Derek SI would leave 0 stars if i could...after talking with customer service on the phone about an issue with my daughters phone, they sent me to this location to fix the phone...long story short, they lie (sim card replacement are free, not $25) and the they obviously know nothing about ipones, she said "iphones are a pain to diagnose"....ive always been happy with tmobile service, prices, and online customer service....but if your phone has issues DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!...if "she" hands your phone back to you "she" will document the the account as "snatched phone out of hand".
